ABOUT JERAH
Jerah Milligan is a Washington D.C. born actor/comedian, director, and producer,
now living in New York. Jerah has directed sketches for Netflix, Showtime’s
Desus&Mero, Comedy Central, College Humor, and more. He’s had to pleasure of
working with: Jennifer Lawrence, Kevin Hart, and Felicity Jones to name a few.
Filming comic sketches for MTV News with celebrity talent, Jerah has learned to
direct quickly and efficiently due to limited talent schedules. Jerah is a co-creator
and co-star of the Netflix sketch series, Astronomy Club the Sketch Show, which is
produced by Kenya Barris (Black-ish) and Dan Powell (Inside Amy Schumer). Jerah
has performed at the 2017 Just For Laughs festival in Montreal. Jerah is a 2016
Comedy Central and New York Comedy Festival ‘Comic to Watch.’ He is a co-host of
Black Men Can’t Jump [in Hollywood] is a comedic podcast that reviews films with
leading actors of color. It’s an iTunes Editor’s Choice Podcast and has reached #2 on
the iTunes Film/TV charts. Along with his comedy partners, they created Comedy
Central Snap Chat series: Thank You, Black People and a narrative web series with
Seruously.TV called Projecting , His acting credits include: Netflix’s Black Mirror ,
Chicago PD, Blue Bloods, The Detour, Broad City, Alternatino and sketches for Above
Average, College Humor , Funny or Die, t he Wendy Williams show , MTV.com , Girl Code ,
and Flama . Jerah has produced shows such as Wild’N Out, Guy Court , Cedric’s Barber Battle, and the VMA’s
